Corrales is a Speed Trap....Avoid this Village!
This is a warning to potential visitors, tourists and guests. The businesses in this little town are delightful, but the town is a serious speed trap. DO NOT visit this town. Stay away. They have places in their town with ridiculously low speed limits in areas with no lights, businesses, housing, sidewalketc. Their police department basically "stick it" to everyone they can that visits their town. It makes no sense.
DO NOT DRIVE THRU CORRALES.
THIS IS A VERY "Unfriendly" VILLAGE.
THEIR POLICE CHIEF LOVES TO HAVE "SWEEPS" and especially during festivals everyone, even guests and tourists, are given heavy fines for getting caught in their traps. There are no courtesy warnings for visitors and there are definite speed traps set.
